I must be brave

I don’t know what to do, I like very much a colleague from work and I don’t know how to ask her out. I am afraid that she will refuse, and then I will be ashamed to come to work, and to meet with her. All my life I was shy, and I never knew how to meet girls, probably for this reason, I am not married to this age. Eventually I will have to be brave, and accept is she will refuse me.
